This subject is involved in studies of health and hygienic aspects of safety of food of plant origin. Knowledge of common foodstuffs of a plant origin and of processing, storing and defects of these foodstuffs is fundamental. Ways of production, hygienic criterions and influence on health of consumers of plant origin food and plant origin aditives are included too.
