Learning outcomes
Food Legislation The subject is focused on legal regulations concerning food safety and quality. A content is a legislation including both raw materials and food of animal origin and also raw materials and food of vegetable origin. The subject contains legislative requirements for raw materials and food, their observance, control, supervision, RASFF system, measures in case of a suspection or occurence of health unsafe raw materials and food. Thus, the subject content is particularly veterinary legislation in its part concerning raw materials and food of vegetable origin, and also a legislation concerning food of vegetable origin and furthermore a legislation proceeding from the Food Act and related laws.
